Excellent hospitality and guest satisfaction are our top priorities and what we strive for every day. We look forward to welcoming you to the four-star signinahotel.
Tanja Cadruvi - Your host
As your host at the signinahotel, I am always here for you. My team and I will do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful holiday here with us.
Tanja is the soul of the establishment, and a good point of call for any queries you may have, and not only in relation to the hotel – she is also a veritable trove of information on the surrounding area and tips for excursions, and she knows the Flims Laax Falera region like the back of her hand. She also leads signinahotel’s weekly programme where she energetically guides our guests on Nordic walking trips or our well-known early-bird skiing tours with her infectious spirit and joie de vivre.
José Duque - Portier
After all these years, I am still proud to be part of the signinahotel team, and day in, day out, I look forward to welcoming exciting new guests to our hotel.
José has been a valued member of the signinahotel team for many years, and although at 67 he has already reached retirement age, he continues to lend a helping hand wherever he can. He takes care of all sorts of small but extremely important tasks in the day-to-day running of the hotel with a great deal of commitment and attention to detail. A passionate cook in his spare time, he enjoys treating his friends to some of his now-legendary shellfish dishes.
Ana Paula Dias Gonçalves - Governess
The well-being of our guests stays in the center for me and my team. A clean room, a tidy bed or fulfill special wishes play an important role. Everyday we give our best to make our guests happy.
Ana Paula is a native Portuguese. She lives already for several year in Laax. She loves the mountains. However, she also likes to spend her holidays in her homeland and enjoy the time by the sea. Together with her team, she is responsible to maintain the 82 rooms and the public spaces of the signinahotel.
Patrick Gächter - Chef de Cuisine
Passion for food is the one ingredient I make sure to include in every dish.
Our sports-mad executive chef can usually be found working behind the scenes – that is where he and his kitchen team conjure up the finest dishes for our guests. Deploying a great deal of creativity and a wealth of ideas, our chef de cuisine throws himself wholeheartedly into the task of providing a varied, seasonal menu.
Betty Litges - Masseuse
“I know exactly what’s needed for both body and soul after an intensive day in the mountains.”
Betty is the person to see at the signinahotel for deep, relaxing massages and a variety of other activities for improved well-being. As an aqua-aerobics instructor and ambitious skier, she has a real passion and gift for sports and knows which treatments are particularly therapeutic after an action-packed day out. Put yourself in Betty’s hands and let a wonderful sense of perfect relaxation take over.
Remo Meyer - Head of Technical Services
My job is as varied as the Flims Laax Falera region – not one day is the same as the next, and there is always a lot to discover.
Responsible for eight rocksresort establishments and two hotels, the Technical Service team has their work cut out for them. Remo’s varied and complex fields of activity include being responsible for the entire heating and ventilation system. He is the one who ensures that a pleasant, comfortable temperature is maintained at all times. In winter, you can often find Remo on the ski slopes. He’s always happy to share a few insider tips on the area if you ask, as he and his children spend a lot of time exploring the region.
David Weckwerth - Chef de Réception
We are always happy to provide you with information about the wide range of activities and things to do in our diverse destination.
The reception is the first and last point of contact with our guests.
David and his team are there to give help and advice throughout your entire stay and are always on hand to provide information about the hotel and our range of offers and activities.
In winter, he likes to spend his free time exploring our huge ski resort – but downhill biking is his true passion, and he can usually be found on the Never End trail or Runcatrail during the summer.
